We offer FOC commissioning support for your first installation. At this time we can train your engineers in a live situation, advising on all aspects of the installation and the most efficient system operating conditions ensuring that your client achieves an energy efficient system and lowest carbon footprint.

As a supplier our key task is to ensure you have the correct technical support available at every one of the above stages.

In addition to our many years of technical support experience we have an exhaustive range of user, installation & service manuals, as well as a complete archive of technical data books; we are well armed to tackle your technical queries. Our qualified engineers who have been trained in all aspects of installation, commissioning and fault diagnostics are available for immediate telephonic and email based support. We also offer site based technical support if required.

Engineering training school

Continuous training in product, installation, fault finding, application as well as the rudimentary skills of brazing and safe handling of refrigerants are available at our purpose built training school.

Engineers can be trained by Gallant to attain the Samsung Masters Engineer certificate and various Daikin certificates.

Warranty and Spares

Warranty

Our standard warranty is 3 years FOC parts with a labour allowance, however we do insist on (a) the installation being carried out by a qualified air conditioning engineer who is registered for safe handling of refrigerants, (b) an annual maintenance agreement is in place for the equipment providing a minimum of 2 visits per year (this may vary due to product type), the maintenance must be carried out by a qualified registered air conditioning engineer. The warranty period can be extended subject to a companies installation engineers achieving the Samsung Master Engineer and Daikin qualifications from Gallant.

Spares

It is essential that spares for both old and new products can be identified quickly and then delivered urgently. At Gallant we have extensive experience with Daikin and Samsung products, plus the use of a GSPN web based system that allows us to identify parts effectively. We can also identify products with commonality spare parts. All deliveries can also be tracked by the use of the GSPN system.
