Nottinghamshire Business Becomes Major Dealer For Daikin UK (Oct 2010)
Daikin UK - the leading national distributor of world-class Daikin heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems - has signed a contract with Gallant Air Conditioning of Mansfield in Nottinghamshire, making the local business a major dealer for the globally renowned brand.
Daikin UK is widening its national sales operations with a network of major dealers that will complement its direct sales and wholesaler sales routes to market. As a result, from November 2010, Gallant Air Conditioning will be actively promoting and supplying the Daikin Split Sky Air, VRV and heat recovery ventilation product ranges.
It is anticipated that the move will increase both market share and volume of sales for Daikin UK, while providing a valuable expansion to the range of brands and technologies available from Gallant Air Conditioning.

Eco Heating Presentation, Milan (April 2010)
Gallant attended a presentation of the Samsung Eco Heating System (EHS) in Milan this April. The new system targets the residential markets, providing heating, cooling and a hot water supply.
The systems can be linked to under floor heating, wall mounted air conditioners, solar panels and water storage and will be launched in the UK in September 2010.

Samsung and Excel Air Conditioning of County Durham were chosen to provide the perfect dining atmosphere at the latest Goucho Grill in Leeds and Gallant were the nominated supplier of Samsung's DVM heat recovery systems.

Gallant and HP Air Conditioning Provide Perfect Climate For Nissan Infiniti (Jan 2010)
A meeting of 2 inspirational global brands; the Infiniti range is being launched in the UK with a dedicated network of inspirational showrooms with Samsung DVM heat recovery air conditioning systems being installed by HP Air Conditioning Ltd supplied by Gallant Air Conditioning Ltd.
Gallant Adds New Members Of Staff (First Quarter 2010)
As a result of our successful growth, Gallant have introduced 4 new members of staff. Mark Derriman joins us as a business manager for Southern England. He brings with him over 30 years of experience in the HVAC industry, latterly with Daikin.
Wesley Robinson joins us as part of our technical team covering field service, design, training etc. Wesley has some 15 years HVAC experience and was previously a senior engineer at Leicester University. Wesley provides pre and post technical and design support to Gallant’s valued customers.
Communication is a fundamental key to our business. Having our customers able to contact us any at time is vital; enabling us to maintain a strong relationship. Our new sales administrator Sarah brings with her a wealth of customer facing experience and she will act as the catalyst for customer communications.
Rue is our newest addition, enrolled as the marketing coordinator for our growing marketing department. She graduated with a Masters in Marketing from Nottingham Trent University. Working alongside the Managing Director, Rue has shown a passion for marketing, demonstrating creativity and a desire to succeed, which she will pass onto Gallant’s customers.

Gallant Are Announced Samsung's Top Distributor In 2009
Gallant Air Conditioning in their first full year of partnering Samsung Air Conditioning will become Samsung's top distributor for 2009. "Even in an exceptionally tough market we have exceeded our budgets and are set to show similar growth in 2010".
Gallant Win 5 Star Sheraton Hotel Contract (November 2009)
Gallant Air Conditioning have been nominated to supply the air conditioning for the 5 star Sheraton Hotel in Edinburgh. Work will commence in January 2010 with completion in time for the opening of the famous Edinburgh festival in August. This installation will represent the largest single project in the UK for Samsung air conditioning.

Nottingham Trent University project (May 2009)
Gallant Air Conditioning, in partnership with a team of Nottingham Trent University, final year Masters students will work together with on HVAC related projects. Watch this space as the brand new project unfolds over the coming months!
New Training School (May 2009)
Gallant Air Conditioning and Samsung UK open their joint, new, state-of-the-art training school and showrooms. This is a stand-alone facility providing various types of training on Samsung HVAC equipment and also offers training that meets the latest legislation applicable to air conditioning.
Brand New Premises (May 2009)
Our sister companies, Gallant Air Conditioning and Gallant Marketing move into their joint, new, larger office premises. This relocation also provides expanded meeting facilities and a brand new, renewable showroom.
Samsung Agreement (April 2009)
Gallant Air Conditioning and Samsung UK have agreed to strengthen their successful relationship by signing a new 5 year agreement commencing 1st April 2009

and in Southern England the HVAC Agency Ltd headed by our previous sales director Graham Lockwood.
New Staff (December 2008)
Gallant have recruited Lee Bell as Sales Director. Lee will spearhead the continued growth of the CRM programmes and particularly be targeting the Samsung DVM growth. He has extensive experience in the air conditioning industry having worked with leading VRF manufacturers. Lee will operate from the Mansfield Head Office.
World Cup (June 2008)
Samsung and Gallant entertained a party of UK air conditioning installers at one of the opening World Cup football matches in Geneva. After watching an exciting game, the party retired to the splendid lakeside La Rivage Hotel in Lutry, the following day they enjoyed a tour of the region before their flight home.
Samsung CRM Programme (April 2008)
After completing in-depth European research for Samsung Air Conditioning, Gallant has been retained to implement a UK Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programme. This programme, whilst extending Samsung’s sales channels will work in harmony with their existing sales channels.
Gallant has many years of experience in designing and implementing CRM programmes and we can design models that can be rolled out across many market sectors.
International Research Programme (2007)
In 2007 we completed a 9 month research programme across the 7 European countries that lead in air conditioning usage. Our brief was to audit the industry, examining its opportunities and its threats. Interviews were held with individuals and companies from all sections of the industry including some 600 plus installers.
Creative Interiors Re-brand (August 2007)
With almost 40 years experience of providing clients with high quality fitted furniture, Creative Interiors recently commissioned Gallant to re-brand their business. This involved the development of a new company logo, corporate stationery, signage, vehicle livery and an ongoing, press advertising campaign throughout The Midlands.
Vent-Axia / Samsung Alliance (July 2007)
The Gallant team have been busily establishing a brand new Air Conditioning Alliance between ventilation specialists Vent-Axia and electrical giants Samsung. We hosted the internal launch of this exciting new partnership in Milan in June followed by the official press launch at One Aldwych, London in July, accompanied by the release and distribution of our spectacular sales literature and support material.
